Text message program
Trust Capital Funding LLC sends account-related text messages to business customers who have an active funding agreement with us. Messages may include notices of returned payments, upcoming payment reminders, account balance and payoff information, and confirmation that funding has been completed. This is not a marketing program.
How we obtain consent
Consent is given in writing when the business customer signs our funding agreement. Section 9 of the Merchant Cash Advance Agreement, and Section G2 of the accompanying Guarantee, give Trust Capital Funding permission to send text messages about the agreement and the account to any telephone number provided in connection with that agreement. Applicants may also consent separately when submitting an application on this website. We only message telephone numbers supplied by the customer. We do not purchase, rent, or append telephone numbers, and we do not send text messages to consumers.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on activity on your account.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Trust Capital Funding does not charge for text messages.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop all further text messages to that telephone number. We will send a single confirmation message and nothing after that. You may also revoke consent in writing at the address below. Stopping text messages does not stop telephone calls, e-mail, or mail, and does not change any obligation under your funding agreement.
